For over 55 years we have been providing professional advice to local people and families. Advice that is trusted and has helped keep food on plates, families safe and warm in their own homes and help people stay in their jobs.
Our service is forever evolving to meet client needs. Citizens Advice Basingstoke are involved in several additional projects to help the Over 65’s, Hospital Patients, helping young vulnerable adults manage money, and a range of services to help people who are homeless or threatened with homeless – to name a few!

Citizens Advice will return information to the email address of the sender only. If an email from Citizens Advice contains sensitive personal data about you, Citizens Advice will only send with your consent and will protect it by encrypting it. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to secure the privacy of this correspondence.
